The role is focused on maintaining existing client relationships and growing our footprint and new revenue streams as a strategic services partner. This role will work closely with the Client, and Delivery organizations. This person will work both independently and as an integral part of a multicultural team to generate and nurture account relationships. Success in this role will create opportunities for advancement within Business Development & Account Management..

Strong networking, verbal & written communication skills.
At least 3+ years overall business development experience in an IT services company.
Excellent professional presentation skills.
Self-motivated and willing to travel occasionally.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
3 to 7 years of Experience of Sales and Account Management with an IT company.
Candidate will carry an Annual Revenue Target.
Skill Set Required: Knowledge of IT/ BPM/ Consulting service practices
Ability to liaise with the Market research team, Presales team and Practice Heads.
Strong customer orientation and ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships at all levels.
Ability to gather and analyze data and draw logical conclusions.
Good analytical capabilities and excellent time management skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills including presentation skills.
Must be comfortable working with and cross-functional teams.
