    Evolve and continually refine a strategic business plan.
    Liaise with application engineering to ensure cost of effective application of turbocharger.
    Provide information to determine future product strategy.
    Liaise with customer team and other internal department within cross functional environment to manage the effective introduction of new product
    Prepare and submit quotation and negotiate new business opportunities.
    Manage and support all commercial matters especially annual pricing discussion within target. Prepare supporting documentation.
    Liaison as required to manage T&C, warranty agreements, delivery agreements etc. Liaison with aftermarket group.
    Co-ordinate the demand management activities within Enterprise resource planning /SIOP process.
    Evolve rolling forecast into Annual Operation Plan and budget.
    Develop the STRAP (Strategic Business plan) forecast as appropriate. Support the customer production delivery expectations.
    Seek to work with all involved to manage customer profitability.
    Seek to identify new product opportunities in line with growth objectives.
    Maintain and update VOC process and develop an action plan for continuous improvement.
    Manage VOC process gap analysis and improvement action plans within QS9000 expectation.
    At all times apply the QS9000 discipline assuring the processes are maintained.
    Awareness of industry, market &legislative drivers the processes are maintained.
    Maintain customers and their competitors strength weaknesses opportunities threat profile.
