    Key Responsibilities of this role:
    1. Responsible for managing and growing key accounts businesses for the organisation. Mining for additional business through continuous client engagement and client servicing.
    2. Develop deep relationships with leadership team of Builders in the region. Also work closely with digital agencies, where needed to penetrate clients or upsell to clients
    3. Lead business planning activities for the assigned accounts including quarterly business reviews and monthly reviews.
    4. Effectively understand the needs of different clients and propose customized solutions that best address those needs. Developing a good understanding of share of spend for organisation and effectiveness of other channels used.
    5. Work towards improving sales processes related to training, account profiling, account monitoring, account delivery.
    6 Preparation of annual sales plan for the region and achieve growth and hit sales targets.
    7 Design and implement a strategic sales plan for the region that expands companys customer base and ensures its strong presence.
    8 Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
    9 Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
    10 Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
    11 Deal with Institutional & big ticket customers for big orders.
    12 Living & demonstrating of Waaree Core Values in the Region.
