You will be aligned with our Business Operations vertical and help us supervise the day to day operational and administrative activities, ensuring that all processes are followed / executed and that deadlines are met.
You will be working as a part of Learning & Collaboration team which works with the L&TD Business Solutions to perform assigned tasks to accomplish the entity learning strategy.
You will be responsible for Learning Strategy Development where in you will provide assistance and support in reviewing the business strategy by collecting and collating the information needed from the appropriate sources of said information. This may be directly from the business, or other L&TD Business Solution groups and Accenture Learning teams.

In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through pre cedent and referral to general guidelines. Expected interaction is within own team and direct supervisor.
