You will be aligned with our Banking Processes vertical and help us resolve customer queries and provide correct and relevant information.
You will be working as a part of Lending Operations team which prepares retail credit proposals, conduct pre-analysis, de dupe checks, data entry, customer point verifications (CPV) and review income documents in line with the client credit policy, procedures and turnaround times.
You will be responsible for Underwriting where in you will be maintaining the agreed daily minimum output as per the production plan, completing applications and processing activities as per the agreed TAT and standards. You will be required to achieve the agreed error and rework rates whilst maintaining quality to deliver the required results as per the agreed standards. You will use the Active Operation Management (AOM) tools, update internal trackers for inconvenience and errors reporting in line with the agreed standards. The skills that are required are knowledge of underwriting, content management, creation of manuals, communication and illustration skills.

In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines. Interaction is within own team and direct supervisor. Detailed instructions on all tasks will be provided at this role with close supervision. Decisions made impact own work and are closely supervised. Individual contributor as a part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work.
