As a Manager for the coordination team, you will manage ateam of coordination specialists and works in a high-volume environment. You willbe working for the Consulting business within the firm.

  • Understandingdefined market attributes to assist in developing recruiting strategies forlong term and sustained growth
  • Collaboratewith practice leadership to assess needs, develop strategy and implementworkplans to meet the needs of various service areas
  • Leada team of leads who manages the CRM specialists (Analyst/ Senior Analyst)
  • Worktowards optimum and effective utilization of the team members
  • Responsiblefor managing the career of the team by sharing timely feedback and conductingregular reviews
  • Monitor, guide, support and encourage theteam to reach their self-development and initiatives
  • Understandthe firm, its functions and enforce process adherence and compliance by theteam
  • Understandthe assigned service areas, technologies and recruiting processes
  • Consultativeskill to prepare and present candidate marketplace analysis with recruitingstrategy to leadership
  • Manageclients, businesses and other stakeholders
  • Playan advisory role to the business in terms of coordination processes and talentacquisition strategy for the firm
  • Identifyand implement market best practices in terms of recruiting and keep up with theacquisition and technology trends globally
  • Developand cultivate relationships with various levels of management within the firm

The team

At Deloitte, our CRM team is placed within our CoreTalent Services - Acquisition team. It provides support to the lateral hiringacross all functions of the US-India offices and work hand in hand with ourTalent CoE in managing end-to-end activities for a candidate from interview toon-boarding. The Acquisition teamsupports the organization with Talent solutions. The Talent team works in a high-volumeenvironment meeting the business needs of the organization and is instrumentalin attracting the right talent to meet the ever-growing business demands. Ifyou like to work in a volume hiring environment, this is the team for you!


Required Candidate profile



·Abilityto work in a high volume, fast paced environment

·Knowledgeof key recruiting craft skills, including various sourcing, candidateselection, selling and negotiation techniques, as well as candidate managementsystems

·Abilityto operate efficiently and effectively within a matrix, geographicallydispersed organization

·10-15years of recruiting experience

·Atleast 5 years of team management experience


·Goodcommunication and interpersonal skills

·ExcellentAnalytical skills


·MBAin HR is preferred

·Goodorganizational skills

·Experiencein leading IT Consulting firms/ Big 4

·Abilityto lead, direct and work on a variety of projects simultaneously - and be achampion supporting recruiting initiatives

·Knowledgeof our competitors and knowledge of market indicators, which affect experiencedhiring

·Provenability to work in a changing environment and be able to develop new approachesto old problems
