    Role:Assistant Manager - CRM
    Location: Gurgaon / Delhi 
    Experience: 5 -10 Years from Real Estate Development 

    ABOUT THE PROFILE -
    1.Sound understanding and Exp in  BBA [Builder Buyer Agreement], TPT, Other Agreements like Property Transfer, Re-Sale, Project Finance and Coordination with Bankers & Financial Institutions
    2.Good understanding of Customer Relations procedures & systems
    3. Demand Raising for payment collections and coordination.
    4. Sound Coordination with Client, Builder / Developer, Agency and Banking & Financial Institutions
    5.Good Knowledge Excel / ERP will be an added advantage.
    6.To attract potential customers by answering Project and Service questions.
    7. Maintain customer records by updating account information.
    8.Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
    9.Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
    10. Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
    11. Excellent Customer Handling and Customer Relations Management.
    12. Post Sales activity management and ensuring the ZERO defect function as per laid down policies and systems
    13.MIS Management.
    14 . Close coordination with SALES and Accounts Department.
    15. Team Player and Have positive attitude of Client First.
    16.Knowledge of ongoing Real Estate Trends in NCR Region

    Required Candidate profile

    Assistant Manager - CRM 

    • 5+ Exp in Real Estate Development - Client Services & Post Sales Support Services / Operations 
    • Hands  on Exp with BBA, TPP, Collections, Demand Raising, Property Transfers, 
    • Excellent Customer Services & Handling  
    • Assist Sales Team post Sales Services 
    • Sound Communication and inter-personal skills 
    • Coordination with Accounts, Sales, Clients and Channel Partners of the Company 

Salary: INR 4,00,000 - 9,00,000 PA.
