    Manager - Corporate Sales, CSD & Govt Institutions

    Job Location : Chennai


    Job Criteria :

    Qualification : BE & MBA Marketing

    Experience : Minimum 10- 15 years sales experience in FMCG / FMCD segment and having at least 5+ years experience in CSD / CPC or Government Institutional sales.

    Industry Preference : FMCG / FMCD

    Age : Below 40


    Job Description :

    Planning :

    • Develop channel strategy, including price, product and volume mix, and business growth plan for existing/new canteens.
    • Plan the monthly demand for channel
    • Take leverage from sales analytics and business intelligence to identify channel trends and design channel strategy
    • Drive sales target-setting for CSD dealer wise sales and conduct periodic reviews.
    • Lead and review sales force productivity to meet value, volume targets.
    • Manage channel budget

    Sales Activation
    • Manage BTL initiative @ canteens and corporate.
    • Make cold calls create to new corporate funnels and should crack new business.

    Dealer/ Vendor Management
    • Own CSD channel sales funnel and manage conversion of difficult accounts serves as needed
    • Senior point of contact for key channel partners
    • Lead & represent the industry events to support business development as required
    • Operations
    • Oversee all logistics for the channel
    • influence the general administration for channel
    Key Coordination Area
    • Work with Head-Sales, Built-in, Marketing to drive sales
    • Coordinate with Logistic Head for stock fulfillment
    • Lay in hand with Commercial Head for closure of commercial issues
    • Align with Sales HR for ASM pipeline mgmt.

    Key Result Area :
    • CSD & Corp Sales & Cat Vol drive
    • Adherence to budget & policy
    • Repeat Business
    • Channel Sales Productivity
    • Appointment of new more dealers and corporate accounts.

    Any talent from FMCG / FMCD industry having 5-6 years CSD/CPC order procurement experience at zonal level or more preferred.
