    We are looking to hire a Manager Credit and Collections who will support organizational financial objectives by driving effective Collections metrics. The incumbent would have to be a coach and a mentor to the staff in Collections function and collaborate for driving seamless delivery. The Credit and Collections Manager position works closely with customers and Operations to provide an excellent customer service experience while supporting our companys goals for DSO and limiting past due aging/bad debt write-offs.

    Job Responsibilities:

    * Manage accounts receivable through professional, customer service-oriented collection efforts
    * Driving effective and timely governance structure for onshore and offshore stakeholders.
    * Partner with Business and customers for timely/ accurate resolution of disputes/credit risk
    * Enforce payment terms in an efficient manner.
    * Ensure collection efforts are thoroughly documented for all assigned accounts
    * Quickly analyze and explain current credit status from different sources
    * Proactively identify and escalate credit risk related to new and existing customers, using data from various sources
    * Support colleagues by creating reports or gathering documentation for AR balances
    * Other duties as assigned primary responsibility may be focused on Credit or Collection function
    * Drive Order to Cash Process and improve upon the process timelines
    * Ensure development and implementation of Shared Service Centre SOPs, Policies, internal controls as per the norms and accounting guidelines followed
    * Benchmark processes against best in class and drive the team accordingly to achieve expected cost savings through effective budgeting and control
    * Create an internal customer centricity culture through effective  Service Level Agreements (SLAs), SOPs and performance metrics that measure the effectiveness of service delivery by the SSC
    * Monitor the performance of the shared services and ensure that the Shared Services dashboard and performance metrics are shared periodically to the stakeholders

    Qualifications:

    * 9+ years of Extensive B2B calling collections experience.
    * Must be B.Com graduate with extensive Accounts Receivables domain knowledge.
    * MBA FINANCE/ GENERAL Management will be added advantage
    * Strong analytical skills
    * Strong knowledge of compliance systems.
    * Skilled in verbal and written communication
    * Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
    * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure
    * Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Ability to learn new applications.
    * Desire to work in a collaborative team environment that includes offshore colleagues
    * Strong people and customer service skills, advocate positive working relationships
    * Well-organized, attention to detail and a self-directed individual
