    Treasury Manager :Role Summary:

    The Treasury Manager role reports directly to the Treasurer of Company and will be involved on a daily basis in all elements of corporate finance for Company which include corporate banking, credit facilities, debt instruments, capital structure, interest rate and foreign exchange risk management, and compliance.

    Detailed Description :

    - Spearhead key projects for Company, relating to corporate finance, financial compliance and liquidity

    - Be a key part of managing capital markets activities, banking and rating agency relationships, short term cash investments, cash forecasting and global liquidity management

    - Serve as a key partner to Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer on all items related to capital structure, including the development of short- and long-term financing strategies

    - Forecasts, monitors and tracks cash flow (weekly, monthly, quarterly etc.).

    - Maintains strong relationships across all Regional Treasury functions, corporate functions and geography leadership teams.

    - Leads the oversight of regional liquidity positions & related reporting.

    - Assist in managing the day-to-day capital structure activities of Company

    - Help optimize Company's capital structure including debt origination and liability management

    - Evaluate new opportunities to improve financing flexibility and diversification of funding sources

    - Lead efforts to ensure ongoing compliance with terms of all financing arrangements, including preparation of related calculations and certificates, in accordance with debt agreements

    - Oversee Company's liquidity position, including planning and execution of investment and borrowing strategies, and develop strategies to enhance liquidity while reducing the overall cost

    - Be in touch with industry participants on (a) best practices on financing documents, structures and rates; and (b) market intelligence on existing market transactions; and be able to summarize conclusions and implications from both for Company executive management and directors

    - Active participant in preparation of materials for credit rating agencies, as well as quarterly and annual communication scripts and presentations

    - Work with business units, tax and finance to evaluate, implement and maintain capital funding sources and liquidity for the Company's subsidiaries that meet business, tax and regulatory objectives and requirements

    - Support strategic finance initiatives as needed, including the business development team on M&A; transactions, from due diligence through integration

    - Develop or revise policies and procedures related to functional responsibilities

    - Assist the Treasurer in projects and analyses, including senior management and Board recommendations and presentations

    - Flexibility to assist in ad hoc special projects related to all areas of treasury - pitch in to help treasury, finance, executives, accounting and business development when assistance is needed

    Job Requirements :

    - Bachelor's degree required with preferred major of business administration, finance, accounting or economics

    - Advanced degrees, either MBA,/CA are preferred

    - Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Treasury Planner (CTP) certifications are desired

    - Minimum 5 years direct experience in some combination of: money management, liquidity management, documentation of revolving credit facilities, bond indentures, bond tender documents and other relevant financial documentation

    - Preferred treasury work experience in manufacturing/automotive industries

    - Significant upstream experience in either transactional, banking or corporate role

    - Public debt market experience preferred (rating agencies and marketing public fixed income offerings)

    - Experience in capital markets activities preferably both private and public, bank relationship management, financial risk management, cash & liquidity management, cash forecasting and short term cash investments.

    - Proven ability to work in, and manage, an intra-disciplinary team, including legal, accounting, tax, business development, operations, treasury and finance departments of both internal and external parties, including banks and other funding sources

    - Experience with Bloomberg or other financial data terminals
