Roles and Responsibilities
a. Drafting of legal documents, contracts, lease deeds, licenses, MOUs, notices, representations to Government authorities, replies, petitions, written statements, rejoinders, power of attorneys, affidavits and applications etc.
b. Review all documentation where the Company proposes to commit itself and assess legal implications that need to be brought to the executive managements attention
c. Maintain documentation in proper manner
d. Interfacing with internal customers on issues of legal interpretations, drafting and Documentation.
e. Provide opinion on legal clauses.
f. Monitor and manage Bank Guarantees received by the Company.
Ensure that drafting is in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.
