    Primary Responsibilities
    • Identify & develop new key accounts and nurture them to secure profitable business.
    • Build relationship with decision makers & key buyers / influencers
    • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and potential system integrators, Consultants, key influencers and Architects
    • Identify, network and appoint reliable System integrators, consultants and Architects thru market intelligence 
    • Make presentations and handle Pre Sales Activity like Quoting Tenders, inputs on RFQ/RFP, analysis and solution design
    • Put across companys bid on Tender /design RFP/ Solution design for CCTV, networking & storage equipments and Audio Video Solutions
    • Interface with allied vendors/System integrators and other strategic partners in bid process.
    • Ensuring end Customer coordination with System integrator to ensure linear order inflow and timely payments.
    • Forecast short and long term revenue which are in line with company's growth trajectory
    • Analyze and review the market trends/competitor activities and convey the same to management with comments/ suggestions. 
    • Resolving outstanding issues on periodically 
    • Create comfortable Brand recall about CP PLUS product

    • Knowledge and Skills Required
    • Diploma/B.Tech in IT/Electronics/ Computers/ Telecommunication/ Electrical 
    • MBA/PGDM with Specialization in sales/Marketing 
    • An effective communicator with strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities
    • Customer oriented mindset 
    • Pervasive presenter using structured questioning skills and active listening 
    • An out of the box thinker

Salary: INR 6,00,000 - 10,00,000 P.A.
