Main Purpose: Translate and implement policies on pay and benefits into operating procedures to ensure timely, consistent and efficient administration of appropriate compensation and benefits to all employees at Tata Steel Key Deliverables: Monitor compliance to policies and statutes to ensure consistent administration of compensation benefits across the organization Lead the administration of pay and benefit schemes and monthly pay-out based on the defined policies Recommend C&B policy and scheme improvement initiatives to ensure continuous improvement and best practices implementation Manage end-to-end vendors relations to ensure timely service to the employees on pay and benefits
