    Roles & Responsibilities:

    Participate in effort estimation, requirement gathering and propose solution designs in new and existing projects or services.

    Coordinates and prioritizes project tasks, manages timelines, maintains project plans and communicate status to Engagement Managers, Senior Management and other stakeholders as needed.

    Ensuring the project is implemented within contractual obligations and regulatory requirements meeting timelines and budget requirements.

    Responsible for scope management, resource management, change management, estimating impacts of scope change (timeline and cost) as well as managing project resources.

    Responsible for risk identification, detecting potential issues and implementing solutions when issues threaten to delay the timeline or impact budget or business operations.

    Responsible for utilizing (and creating) documents/deliverables necessary for providing exceptional services and ensuring communication of the project plan to the Engagement Manager and/or client.

    Create new deliverables/best practices for implementation services to enhance implementation engagements. Must be able to create new deliverables or follow standards of deliverables already in place.

    Responsible for creating design documents, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) or other documents as required for all ongoing business and transitioning the project to the Operation Support team.

    Troubleshoot issues related to AD such as replications, GPO deployment and troubleshooting.

    Vendor Management (hardware and Software vendors HP, Dell, MS, VM, Citrix and others).

    Act as a point of escalation for high severity issues, outages, lead calls to resolution.

    Document and provide RCA for all high severity incidents, outages and recurring issues.

    Review existing infrastructure and lead continuous improvement from a technology perspective.

    Act as technical mentor to L1/L2 team members and conduct KT session to upskill and cross skill.

Desired Candidate Profile

    Desired Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Project Management skills (Initiation, Scoping, Implementation, Risk)

    Strong project implementation background in especially in Wintel and storage areas.

    Self-starter, initiator, strong organizational, presentation, interpersonal and consulting skills.

    Ability to independently lead and guide teams of technical resources for projects.

    Should be willing to work in shifts as required by project.

    Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project, and Visio) experience preferred.

    Solid operational understanding and strong technical knowledge on Server hardware, Server OS including 2008, 2012, 2016, virtualization such as Hyper V and VMware, Backup, Active Directory.

    ITIL certification would be an added advantage.


    Regular degree/diploma in Information Technology, B.E, B. Tech, BCA / MCA, BSCIT (would be given preference)

    An industry standard technical or professional qualification such as MCITP Enterprise administrator, VCP, VCAP-DCV, MCSE, TOGAF.

    Minimum 3 years in a similar role

    Experience managing VMware environments, Windows 2008/2012 R2 Server, Active Directory, EMC SAN, NAS.


    7 to 10 in year in industry

    5 years experience in Server and Storage verticals.

    5 years experience in Project Implementation


UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Diploma - Any Specialization, BCA - Computers, B.Sc - Any Specialization

PG:Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
