    Your Responsibilities:

    - Build & manage teams, systems and processes to meet demand generation targets

    - Handle a team of 50+ and day to day operations of the contact centre - inbound, sales and support

    - Pre-empt and manage hiring pipeline and onboarding of the newly hired candidates

    - Attrition management

    - Devise initiatives and execute operations to meet the larger business objectives

    - Circulate daily MIS reports to the stakeholder to assess the health of the contact centre

    - Monitor performance and review of all the teams within the contact centre

    - Gather customer insight via customer interactions and use the same for efficiency gains

    Apply If:

    - You have 3+ years of work experience including tele sales experience preferably in setting up operations in a startup or otherwise

    - You have engineering or management degree from a good college

    - You have high levels of motivation, energy & drive to ensure relevant goals are achieved

    - You are a team player with ability to motivate and align team to set objectives

    - You are able to work in dynamic environment with changing goal posts and responsibilities
