Job Description

Roles and responsibilities 

Manager Pricing will be a key member of the Global Pricing team at IGT Solutions. The role will report to the General Manager and will drive the pricing transformation agenda by overseeing detailed project plans from commercial stand point. Working with extended teams across functions and regions, the role will ensure clarity of plan of record, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are informed and aligned, and will also proactively drive issue resolution to keep the Process/projects win.


Support, develop and drive adoption of pricing methodology across globe business teams
Support new RFPs, RFIs and new proposals and business readiness activities per global roadmap and calendar
Partner with local cross functional teams to provide positive and smooth communication to all regional users for pricing inputs
Understand the interaction of pricing methodologies capture business feedback and ensure change recommendations are directed to appropriate team for evaluation


10 years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelors degree; or 7-8 years with a Masters degree; or equivalent experience
Pricing of BPO deals and preparing commercial proposals for client submissions and RFP response.
Preparation of all financials for the new opportunities for management review and approvals such as Project P&L. Cash flow, NPV, IRR and Payback period.
Financial analysis of existing processes for exploring areas for cost reduction and efficiency for improving profitability.
Demonstrated business acumen and project management experience
Problem solving skills, including issue identification/structuring, data collection, analysis, synthesizing results, developing actionable and measurable implementation plans
High level of detail-orientation - this job has oversight into managing pricing profiles; ability to manage data/system successfully with high level of accuracy is critical
Ability to develop and implement repeatable processes, metrics, and management reports
Comfort with ambiguity - ability to jump in and drive without day to day guidance and flex as business needs change over time
Comfortable working with different levels of the organization and across cultures
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage time and prioritize effectively
Ability to work independently with virtual teams
Skilled with use of Excel and PowerPoint
