    Purpose of Job:
    Design and re engineering / optimize key sales processes via automation /simplification/ Technology enable responsible for supporting key Sales metrics- P O S opening, F P Channel development, Volume achievement.Key responsibility to identify industry best practices in sales processes across competitors and plan, align and deploy in line with our sales drivers on ground 

    Key Responsibilities

    Drive projects to encourage culture of improvement, innovation, idea generation and replication of best practices
    Responsible for driving process improvements to support key sales drivers- P O S opening process, Volume achievement, F P Channel development
    Responsible for automation of key processes within sales to increase efficiency of key processes
    Launch new initiatives within sales with concerned sales departments, set up procedures and processes on the ground, implement them as pilot and share with Business for B A U
    Identify, plan and implement key projects to improve quality, reduce cost and increase productivity resulting in significant business improvement.
    Simplify processes Analyse and report savings/efficiency improvement derived out of Transformation Projects/Process Improvements
    Acts as the key subject matter expert regarding process improvement initiatives. Presents recommendations and progress reports to senior and executive leadership
    Bring in new initiatives from industry or from different operations to improve the environment and performance
    Leverage technology to drive automation & co-ordinate with Lead Developers
    Management and facilitation of cross-functional teams to drive business process improvement opportunities/ projects
    Proactively engage, collaborate and influence all functions in business transformation efforts to ensure the Business process improvement.
    Take new perspective using existing solutions; use best practices and knowledge.

Salary: INR 9,00,000 - 12,00,000 PA.
