    As our new Procurement Manager , you will responsible for procurement activities of the Furniture / Finishes and Art items for the Interior Fitout Projects. You should have a design background and will be responsible for end to end vendor activities & vendor negotiations according to the budget of the projects.

    Specific Responsibilities

    You will be required to work closely with the design heads and interpret and translate a design or business brief into a creative and appropriate sourcing solution strategy for Furniture / Fixture / Finishes and Art items for Corporate Interior projects ,

    You will be responsible for building a repository of selected vendors based on project requirements

    You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a network in order to offer continuous expertise in terms for current trends and new age products.

    You will have to be knowledgeable of suppliers and provide support for comparative and analysis in vendor selection as needed.

    You will always be updated in terms of market trends and offer suggestions / strategies in order to increase project efficiency.

    You will be a liaison between the designer , project captain and the procurement team.

    You will have to produce fully detailed materials specifications and Furniture / Fixtures / Finishes and Art specifications that comply with standard regulations

    What We Expect

    You have a Design or Architecture based degree and relevant industry work experience

    You will have an eye for design and experience in sourcing Furniture , Finishes and Art items for Corporate Office Projects / Commercial / High End Residential / Hospitality projects etc

    You have minimum 5 years of relevant experience in specifying Furniture / Fixtures / Finishes and Art for High end Commercial / Retail / Hospitality / Residential interior fitout projects

    You have experience in compliance with architectural and brand interior design standards and regulations

    You have experience in presenting and communicating sourcing strategy and concepts to the management

    You have strong attention to detail and are customer and brand focused Who we are
