Will be part of Residential Sales Team responsible for handling sales activities for the upcoming premium residential projects at Navi Mumbai.
Carrying out pre-sales and post sales promotional activities to ensure accomplishment of projected sales targets.
Client Management - Lead Generation, client enquires, interacting with new and existing clients through cold calling or meeting them when required.
- Contact potential and existing clients to understand and quantify their requirements and budgets.
Marketing research, Market Intelligence, Networking and converting leads into sales and close the bookings.
Maintain up-to-date information on all customer interactions in the CRM database.
To handhold the customer through the pre-sales, post sales process till possession.
Preparing daily, weekly, monthly MIS of nature of activities.
Required Candidate profile
7 to 10 years of experience in sales of residential properties with a large scale real estate developer.
