    Job Overview:

    Self-driven individual who works independently to manages various tasks related to delivery for Managed Services accounts, includes understanding current service delivery processes, Microlands proposed solutions for RFPs, people practices, customer satisfaction & escalations, contractual deliverables, risk management, internal & customer governance, Next gen Transformation of Services.

    Works with internal delivery teams in times of crisis or for proactive initiatives towards increasing efficiency or customer delight taking a path of digitalization.


    Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

    Validate sizing and technical solutions for all responses churned out by the Presales team to customers of all geography (Domestic included)
    Knowledge in Service Desk, End User Services Management
    Sound understanding of ITSM processes and Service Delivery Governance
    Excel, MS PowerPoint, ITSM tools, EUC tools such as SCCM, Airwatch, Mobile Iron, Intune would be added benefit
    Effectively negotiate or defend solutions and their timelines with the customer and internal stakeholders
    Be able to contribute towards the process of issue identification and resolution
    Ability to work with resolver groups for solutions and Create/Review documentation prepared by Operations team.
    Ability to understand reports and data, providing value adds and improvements
    Ability to Audit/Assess a process or delivery and provide feedback
    Ability to suggest process improvements and next gen transformations
    Design/Deploy process KPIs or be able to bring about changes to targets to result in improvement of services.
    Good understanding on how to design and build process along with knowledge of Business and Functional process
    Ability to analyse audit feedback and build improvement measures and interface/manage stakeholders (customer - internal / external, auditors, auditees)
    Ability to check technical forums, blogs, supplier / OEM for solutions for errors not documented in the KB for resolution and be able to suggest solutions to various requirements.
    Knowledge in implementation of EUC tools, SCCM, MDM, ITSM, Chatbots, Self-Heal, Analytics, Automation tools etc
    Knowledge in EUC areas such as Antivirus Management, Patch Management, Image Engineering, Application packaging and Deployment.
    Knowledge on Voice Solutions for End User Computing Teams


    Qualifications
    Education - University degree

    Experience (Manager Technology) 8+ years of total experience with 4+ years of Project and Service Delivery experience

    Certifications: ITIL foundation/Intermediate
    Personal Characteristics:

    Ability to Communicate proficiently in English orally and through emails
    Detail Oriented
    Ability to work in teams or as an individual contributor
    Customer Focus Mindset
    Willingness to travel within India and abroad
