    Job Objective
    • Develop and deploy the Talent Acquisition strategy for Bisleri to drive identification and selection of appropriate talent in alignment with current and future growth requirements
    Key Responsibilities
    1. Business Planning
    • Develop the annual Recruitment plan and budget in line with business objectives; monitor adherence to the same
    • Anchor the annual Manpower Planning exercise jointly with Bisleri Leadership, Regional & Branch HRBPs and cross-functional teams
    • Identify opportunities to drive cost efficiency of the recruitment process at periodic intervals and report the same to Head - HR and Administration
    • Analyze trends in external labour market including hiring trends, turnover rates, and candidate feedback to recommend changes, improvements, solutions for the organization's recruitment strategies
    2. Sourcing
    • Lead identification and development of candidate talent pools and devise a strategy to effectively engage with them
    • Develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, database search, and referrals
    • Undertake employer branding initiatives and benchmarking with best practices in the industry to develop the organization as an Employer of Choice
    • Identify suitable channels for advertising vacancies and sourcing candidates, and liaise with relevant stakeholders for the same (including newspapers, magazines, online job portals, etc.)
    3. Recruitment, Selection & On-boarding
    • Design policies and processes for Recruitment & Selection and monitor adherence to the same
    • Monitor adherence to Recruitment & Selection SLAs across regions and take corrective action in case of any deviations
    • Participate in recruitment of critical senior & middle management roles across corporate and regions
    • For select roles, coordinate with the line managers and Compensation and Benefits team for determining the compensation fitment of the selected candidates
    • Design the on-boarding process focusing on joining formalities, orientation trainings, etc. and monitor adherence to the same across the organization
    4. Operational Excellence
    • Drive maintenance of accurate and concise records and report concerning all phases of the recruitment process
    5. People Management
    • Provide inputs for the annual manpower plan and budget of the function
    • Drive a culture of performance amongst subordinates - set goals, review and manage performance, guide and counsel and provide feedback on performance so as to ensure a motivated and committed team
    • Develop the capabilities to take on higher responsibilities while performing the given/in-charge responsibilities at various levels within the functions
    • Participate in succession planning and recruitment of critical senior & middle management positions within the function
    • Oversee training of teams to meet the requirements of the role

Salary: INR 9,00,000 - 12,00,000 PA.
