    Reporting To : Sr.Manager/Asst Gen Mgr

    Department : Financial Shared Services

    Work Experience : 10+Years of Experience 

    Job Location : Chennai (Siruseri - Kelambakkam)

    Transportation : Cab Facility available for both (Pick Up & Drop)

    Shift Timing : 8 AM to 5 PM & 11 AM to 9 PM


    Job Type : Full Time


    Looking person who can join immediately & one month notice period .



    Required skill set:

    1) Strong accounting skills.

    2) Bcom,(Accounts, Corporate, Honours), BA (Corporate Secretaryship),Mcom, MBA in finance. CA & ICWA Qualified Must.

    3) Team player & strong work ethics and integrity.

    4) Good written and verbal communication skills.

    5) Preferably experience in working with international colleagues.

    6) Basic knowledge of Microsoft Tools ( Office, Lync, Outlook).

    7) Exposure to ERPs (SAP,Oracle)

    Job Responsibility:



    1) Perform D aily Bank Reconciliations.

    2) Prepare and post approved Journals from Local finance in ERP

    3) Perform month end activities ie. accruals, clearing bank open items, suspense accounts clearance.

    4) perform fixed assets accounting and reporting.

    5) prepare Balance sheet reconciliations

    6) Ensure timely and accurate monthly reporting of results.

    7) intercompany reconciliation - followup, accounting, clearing old items

    8) Substantiate financial transactions posted through review and audit of supporting documentation.


    9) Should be able handle and coordinate with the onshore team on queries and other request raised.

    10) To act as Back up for some of the critical activities during team members absence.

    11) Updating of Process documentation
