As a Manager, you will contribute to the development of new clients andmarkets, delivery of presentations to executives, and creation of thoughtleadership. You will lead and acquire complex client engagements that identify,design, and implement effective solutions to produce a lasting impact forclients, especially Public Sector Unit (PSU) clients. You will be expected todrive the direction of these opportunities and effectively manage the team andlong-term relationship with clients to deliver high performance.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and clientmanagement skills to maintain positive client relations and high clientsatisfaction levels. The candidate must be a self-starter, who can work in afast-paced dynamic environment and must be driven to identify strategic andcollaborative initiatives for improvements with clients. Experience in workingwith India PSU clients will be an advantage.
Managing and enhancing relationship with clients, with theobjective of positioning the company as a trusted partner and identifying andpursuing business opportunities.
Working with Principal / Director in developing new business leadsand opportunities to grow the business.
Acquiring complex consulting engagements to ensure the engagement solutionmeet client s requirements and expectations. This entails:
Clarity in understanding of the client industry, operatingchallenges, and the specific needs/challenges in achieving the vision.
Connect with the relevant client people and discuss relevantissues. Engaging and managing key stakeholders at Management and C-Level toensure client s expectations are fully met.
Proactively identifying issues and risks, examining alternatives,and pursuing the optimal course of actions to minimize adverse impact andmaximize project success.
Sharing DSS experiences in helping similar clients and mitigatingthese challenges and create a buy in
Strategize in Pre-and Post-tender process
Positioning the right DSS people in front of the client
Playing an active role in building the firm by:
Participating and contributing to functional and/or industrynetworks with the aim of developing and sharing best practices.
Mentoring / coaching junior colleagues to support theirdevelopment within the organization.
