HR Business Partner
Bangalore, India

Talent Business Partner Role
BP shares goals and objectives of Human Resources and of the internal client
Leads HR processes for the internal clients as all employees are hired, performance management is smoothly running, succession plans developed and the top talents are identied
Proactively collects requirements and identies issues
Designs a plan with the internal client and asks for the help from Talent CoEs
Responsible to combine existing Talent solutions and requests adjustments from Talent Centers of Excellence
Lead projects for the internal client and involves employees from Talent CoEs to ensure that the solution is universal for the entire company
BP has a decision making power, which is delegated from the Talent Management Team
