    LLB / LLM - 4 to 7 years of relevant exp. in editorial management & project development , including new products , and team management. Editorial planning , creating and maintaining content , & managing production. Responsible for timely publication of print products. Position reports to Publishing Head.
    The position is to manage the content for both Print and Electronic media
    To manage existing product range and implement new product development across different Subjects of Law.
    The product portfolio would include books , journals and online platform.
    Assist the Publishing Head in discharging all responsibilities. Monetary measures
    To work within agreed editorial budget for existing and new products and to forecast expenditure as required. Non - monetary measures
    Develop new products as specified in budget and strategic plan.
    Develop and motivate the staff in the portfoliorsquos team to ensure that all operational targets are met. Key Accountabilities
    Ensure editors and outside contributors produce accurate and up to date material and that it is published to the agreed schedule.
    To ensure the development of new products within the portfolio on schedule and according to budget and profitability targets.
    Ensure adherence to production schedules.
    Ensure all new products have product proposals & are adequately researched.
    Regular audit of the electronic product to ensure there are no deviations and anomalies. Academics
    BALLB / LLB from a reputed University / Institute. Requisites
    Domain Knowledge is must (Lawyer)
    High level of computer literacy
    Hands on approach with Attention to detail
    Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize information
    Excellent written and verbal communication

    Salary commensurate with qualification and experience.
    High level of computer literacy.
    Strong analytical , legal / business research and writing skills.
    Effective reading comprehension skills and ability to quickly identify legal and business issues.
    Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines.
    Flexibility necessary to adapt to changing business demands.
