    Career Opportunities Job Code: Partner- Office Head Position Partner No. of Positions 1 Department Agency Function Agency - Sales Band 3 JOB SUMMARY Responsible for Revenue targets of the SO Productivity of the SO Recruit, coach and develop Sales Managers Adherence to Customer service standards KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Meet SO targets Achieve revenue targets Ensure implementation of GOLD system for all agents Supervise the activity plan of Sales Managers & Agents to ensure that these are fulfilled as per the desired standards Ensure that all Sales Managers and Agents under supervision perform as per the companys rules and regulations Track productivity measures as per the CGPA for the SO: AFYP Case rate Annual mode business Persistency Paid cases per agent YTD appointments SM appointments Pro active agent retention Annual FYC standards Execute plans for growth of the agency Identify, interview and select new Sales Managers from natural market and by networking Ensure adherence to laid down sales and service standards for Sales Managers Conduct weekly performance review and planning (PRP) for Sales Managers Ensure retention of Sales Managers by formulating their development plans, meeting their training needs and communicating with them on a regular basis MEASURES OF SUCCESS CGPA AFYP Case Rate Recruitment Retention Persistency GOLD audit Rating OTHER ACTIVITIES HO co-ordination Sales promotion activites Complete Performance Appraisals for SMs timely Assist in overall running of the S.O ELIGIBILITY CRITERIAs: Graduate preferably with an MBA Minimum of 6 years of experience if an MBA and 8 years if a graduate. Should have similar market exposure and experience in process driven, quality sales organizations. Familiarity with skills in recruitment, supervision & development of teams, strong networking. v ELIGIBILITY Candidates who have a performance rating of G2M2 & have completed 12 months in the current role Candidates who have a performance rating of G3M3 & have completed 18 months in the current role FOR LATERAL MOVEMENT, candidate should have completed atleast 12 months in the current role & have a minimum performance rating of G3M3. KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES Team Management skills Motivating and coaching skills Multitasking skills Analytical ability Openness to learning High energy level
