From evaluating sales IT priorities to diagnosing end-user needs, its about improving both the quality and quantity of sales activities and our run-the-business efforts.
Responsible for research and analysis relating to specific DELLEMC business objectives, as determined through interaction with Enterprise sales, executive management, engineering, and other business unit and functional sales and marketing groups
Roles and Responsibilities :
Conduct research needs analysis, define project scope and goals, and determine deliverables from a market, customer and/or competitive viewpoint.
Create resultant deliverables for analysis and communicate with appropriate internal clients, including senior analyst/team leader, manager, research group Director, product marketing management, sales management, business unit management, engineering management, and others.
Utilize external resources, including companies such as IDC, D&B and Hoovers to collect and analyze data.
Analyze data from a market perspective, providing an objective viewpoint grounded in facts and utilizing personal analytical skills, as well as those residents in and external to the research group.
Create deliverables, including concise presentations and reports containing recommendations on market segments and their competitive components with necessary back up and detail.
Manage communication, dissemination and maintenance of deliverables

Education: Graduate, MBA
Experience: Experience in Market Research, CDM (Customer Data Management)
