- Provide high quality leadership in managing Sales Team in their daily business activities to meet the organization's goal.
- Need to develop and maintain channel Sales Network ( Distributor/ Dealer ).
- Create the successful Marketing opportunities and work on its implementation.
- Research & develop strategies to identify the business opportunities in the Market.
- Monitor and analyze Sales & Marketing activities against Targeted Goals and able to go to market on regular basis.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: Graduate/ MBA( HR/ Marketing) | Regular Studies required from reputed University
- Experience: 5-8 years (FMCG sector preferred)
- Salary Package : Rs. 4,50,000 Rs. 6,00,000 PA.
- Salary is no bar for the right candidate.
- Should be comfortable to travel in any city and flexible for area relocation as per company's requirement.
- Smart & quick learner with excellent communication skills (Hindi| English)
