    Level : Team Lead

    Job Description : -

    • Knowledge of overall accounts payable activities i.e. invoice processing, payment disbursement, vendor management, month end and reconciliation activities regarding accounts payables.
    • Ability to manage the daily operations and activities of Accounts Payables resources team (8 -10 team members) and ensure all KRAs are met
    • Manage escalations, identify root cause and come up process improvement and put controls in place.
    • Be able to proactively build relationships with customers and departments
    • Good time management skills and be able to meet strict deadlines
    • Well versed with MS Office especially with Advance MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

    Required Candidate profile

    • Strong communication skills and experience in interacting with external customer and internal divisions
    • Commerce/MCom/MBA Graduate
    • Team Handling Experience.
