    As a National Sales Manager candidate will be based at Chennai handling Pan India sales of Nutraceticals or Acute segment . He will be responsible for Team Management, Sales Force effectiveness and Customer Engagement activities. He will be responsible to monitor sales activities including field work of TM's/ASM's/RSM's/ZSM's, customer calls and coverage made per person per month. To develop time bound development plan of weak territories. He will be responsible for Sales management, Customer management, Team development, Distributors management.He will be responsible for achieving target/ budget of sales and collection on month to month and cumulative bases. Out of which last 2 to 3 years experience in covering pan India. Candidate should have good experience in handling Nutraceticals & Acute business. Appointment of stockiest and distributor collection of payments, launching new product. You should be good Sales Manager & Distribution Managment , implementing strategy and achiving target / budget on monthly bases. You should be good in Man Managment and Retention & Development of Sales Team. Candidates from South India can apply.
