    Samsung / B2B Sales:

    The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B and retail chain environment and provide key insights to the cross-functional executive management team.

    This position will be responsible for:

    B2B Sales

    Manage all elements of the business relationship between HARMAN and the consultants within the defined geographic region
    Creating, implementing and managing expansive corporate sales strategic direction that delivers annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets
    Establishing, expanding and maintaining strong account relationships
    Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual, quarterly and monthly sales quotas; projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products
    Implementing national sales programs by developing field sales action plans
    Identifying, securing and developing new and profitable corporate businesses
    Driving Harmans brand, profile and proposition through corporate sales in line with the brands sales strategy
    Maximizing relationships with and develop new business through corporate dealers
    Explaining and demonstrate the technological aspects of all Harman Lifestyle product being marketed
    Handling cross promotions and loyalty programs for corporates, government institutions & co-operative societies
    Handling online platforms like GeM and Udaan and promoting Harman products there
    Establishing and managing Harman Lifestyle business at CSD and Central Police Canteens etc.
    Provide feedback from the corporates, both technical and commercial, to the Harman management team
    Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor

    Samsung Channel

    Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue / KRA goals for stores through optimizing display merchandising, NPIs, ad promotions and trade spend
    Lead strategic plan for business processes related to in-store implementation and execution across all store concepts. Develop and implement in-store programs designed around industry practices to increase efficiency in operational and brand excellence

    Set and effectively manage inventory levels to support Harman business
    Provide day-to-day management duties such as: daily supervision, setting goals and objectives, hiring new personnel, giving performance reviews, etc.
    Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor

    Perquisites:

    Extensive experience with a proven track record in B2B sales required. Preferred industries: Electronics, Consumer Durables, Computer Hardware, Automotive and other relevant industries
    Dynamic builder of relationships with customers, with track record of identifying new areas of opportunity and negotiating complex business deals for mutual benefit.

    Basic Qualifications: List the minimum and desired education (including degrees, licenses, certification or registrations) and experience needed to perform the key responsibilities of the position.

    Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred
    Ten plus years of progressive experience in sales / business development roles in multiple markets.
    Ideal candidate should have proficient computer experience (Excel, Word, Internet, Powerpoint).
    Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    Strong functional and administrative proficiency and customer liaise skills
    Strategically and operationally strong - Ability to synthesize complex information into a simple strategy and then execute and communicate against this strategy.
    Strong consumer products orientation Keen understanding of consumer wants and needs, that can be applied to creating market-winning retail sales strategies.
    Solid planning and organization skills - Ability to manage complex projects and schedules necessary with this global retail operations role.
    Good collaboration skills - Ability to collaborate with people and teams from all functions within Harman plus full range of industry consumer customers.
    Demonstrated creativity and out-of-the box thinking - Constantly pushing new ideas and programs to solve sales and market challenges.
    Business acumen - Solid business and financial background.
    Travel : About 70% travel required by the ideal candidate.
