Job Description

The Network Administrator II is responsible for the maintenance of the corporate network (WAN, LAN, WLAN, etc.) environment. This position functions as second tier network troubleshooting, support and resolves issues immediately or escalates issues to a higher tier of the team. 

This role ensures that regular system maintenance and minor upgrades are completed to the highest of standards and in accordance with corporate change policy. 

The position will assist in project research and other required tasks to support the team. The Network Administrator II position assists in technical documentation for all network systems.

  • Maintain network and security tool sets
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and support the global network and security production environment Ongoing management of global network and security monitoring systems. This includes configuration, node updates and documentation.
  • Provide 2nd tier network troubleshooting, support and resolves issues immediately or escalates issues to a higher tier of the team
  • Assist in all corporate network audit activities as needed for compliance 
  • Regularly Scheduled On-call Rotation is required to support priority customer calls for events associated with outages to include documenting and attending associated After Action Summaries (AAS) . 
  • Incumbent is accountable for professional working behavior to include; building and maintaining constructive working relationships, implementing proactive and concise communication, acting as a resource to colleagues, and engaging in collaborative thinking and problem solving while demonstrating CSGs core competencies and values.
