Role : SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner

Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities : 1Network Operation Center NOC support for client environment 2Fault handling and escalation identifying and responding to faults of network3Manage a network technical team4Monitoring of batch, alerts, warnings, and errors and resolving common batch issues in a timely, consistent manner 5Escalating abends and long running jobs to the respective team as per standard job documentation6Training new resources in the team7Knowledge of reporting and query tools and practicesGood interpersonal, w

Technical Experience : 1Relevant experience of 2 5 years on hybrid NW with Data, Security, Voice Video components2Coordination with multiple stakeholders eg Client, transition, capacity planning team etc as per project requirement3Must have experience of team handling of at least 10 people, should be a good team player4Must have knowledge of ITIL process documentation and ability to drive the process change within team5Independent problem solving and debugging skillsProven analytical and problem-solving skills
