Demonstrable experience with deployment and configuration of Azure platforms and solutions.
Ability to create/modify AIP/unified labels, ARM templates per best practices and customer requirements.
Hands on experience with AIP RMS and RMS connectors for Exchange.
Experience handling escalations and L3 issues related to cloud infra services.
Experience with automation and scripting, cloud governance
Creates and delivers technical presentations to potential customers and partners.
Proven ability to run successful customer pilots for Enterprise Customers.
O365 Cloud management, support and troubleshooting experience.
Azure / AWS certification is mandatory. Both would be excellent
Steer the collaboration of the Office 365 Expert Exchange Community in a way so that all desired results can be jointly elaborated.
Good Documentation skills.

In-depth knowledge rights management service/servers. RMS Connectors for Exchange
Experience in Key management, Azure Key Vault, knowledge on HSM will be added advantage.
Knowledge about Super user and responsibilities, processes to decrypt files.
Support Knowledge Management initiative.

Qualification, Experience, Technical and Functional Skills
Higher education degree with technical focus e.g. information technology or equivalent.
8-10 Work experience in an international environment desirable.
Good understanding of Office 365 services like Azure AD, Exchange online, SharePoint online, Teams, one drive, etc.
Exceptional communications skills
Experience in dealing with demanding customers, preferably in the financial sector.
AD Connect / Azure AD knowledge
Certified in Microsoft Office 365/Azure.
Knowledge of on premise technologies like Active directory, ADFS, SharePoint, exchange 2013/16 is an advantage.
