  • Establishing and Leading OTC business within the organisation.
  • Creating strategy and execution accountability to grow existing OTC business.
  • Working with Cluster Heads and Unit teams to create and execute OTC sales play book.
  • P/L responsibility of OTC category.
  • Working with Procurement team and OTC companies to deliver margin improvement targets.
  • Designing and execution of Trade marketing and BTL initiatives at Retail counters.
