    Core Responsibilities:

    • Process customer instructions
    • Track and Work within the required productivity and error limit
    • Manage Tele verification process for UAE and Bahrain customer who is applied for lending product with Citi Bank with UAE and Bahrain
    • Key Metrics Reporting

    Day to day Responsibilities:

    • Verify and process customer requests/instructions through various channels ensuring the customer is applied for the product and his basic detailing
    • Verify the customer information by calling organization which the customer is currently works for
    • Follow up calls to be made when there is an non connectivity
    • Have a track on the verification based on agreed TAT with the business
    • After breaches of TAT, application should be rejected and wait for instruction from sales team for reappear
    • Adhere to policies, standard framework decided stated by the company to meet client need

    Key Deliverables:

    • Ensure day to day operations are performed and SLAs are met as per agreed for all businesses
    • Timely and accurate processing and customer resolution
    • Timely escalation on incomplete/delayed processing

    • Candidate should have competency in Office tools
    • Exposure to Chargeback/Settlement process will be an added advantage
