Officer / Sr. Officer - Horticulture - Pune(kharadi) - K Raheja Corp

• Good knowledge of trees plantation, gardening, floriculture, etc.
• Should be conversant with design and gardening systems like, manicure, vermin culture, sprinklers etc.
• Managing of Material Resources like obtaining and seeing to the appropriate use of equipment, facilities, and materials needed to do certain work.
• Inspects facilities to determine maintenance needs, such as malfunctioning environmental-control system, clogged sprinklers.
• Day-to-Day maintenance & upkeep of large gardens.
• On site coordination, motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.
• Statutory approvals (MOEF, Pollution control board, Municipal Corporations, Forest Department, etc).
• Ensure and implementation of Quality Management system

Required Candidate profile

• Knowledge of latest trends in landscaping, materials and technology are essential.
• Good knowledge of tree preservation and laws pertaining to the same.
• Excellent managerial & technical skills.
• Good time management and communication skills (oral & written).
• Proficiency in MS Office.
