    ABOUT THE COMPANY:
    Company is the pioneer of security concept in India, and they are offering a comprehensive range of Security and Detective services.


    Role & Responsibility:
    >Identify and develop new business opportunities at B2B channel by promoting service/ product range to new and existing Clients.
    >Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
    >Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
    >Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
    >Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
    >Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
    >Generate new business opportunities in assigned territory / channel.
    >Ensure the existing service contracts are renewed as per existing minimum wages (Central, State or MSGB)
    >Plan and execute Upsell strategy with existing clients.

    (Candidates must have prior experience to crack more than 50L contract.)
