Reporting to:Area Manager â?? Marketing Retail
1.Ensure given sales targets are achieved i.e. weekly/ Monthly. For new products and existing ones.
2.Ensure on timely delivery to the customer.
3.Ensure on time completion of sales counter visit with reports - Existing Counters â?? RREP1 / RREP-2 (Secondary Sales).
4.Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
5.Identify and manage client databases by region and by product, assuring that our marketing outreach efforts are directed to qualified and appropriate clients
6.Monitor customer preferences and determine various leads for projects sales.
7.Obtain feedback on quality of products and service and convey the same internally.
8.Coordinate effectively with dealers and distributors for project order / identifying leads etc.
9.Support dealer and distributor in implementing policies and operating procedures to ensure operational effectiveness of business.
10.Responsible for organising influencers Meet and share the outputs with Marketing Head.
11.Conduct Plumber Meets as per the defined budget targets.
12.Relationship building with key customer accounts.
13.Identify opportunities to advance brand recognition, client engagement and customer exposure
14.Interact regularly with potential and existing customers to apprise them on new product offerings/developments.
