* Should have basic knowledge of web testing, mainframe knowledge(preferred)
* Should have conceptual understanding of Testing Methodologies required
* Can identify test plans, objectives, major activities, and specific deliverables associated with testing.
* Is familiar with different methods, tools, and techniques used to accomplish test objectives.
* Technical/Business/Quality Certification: CSTE,ISTQB, CMMI,LOMA-Desirable
* Worked as Lead/SPOC the Customer Interface
* Has created test plans, specifying deliverables to meet test objectives and activities to produce test deliverables for small projects and/or provided input to the preparation of test plans for larger projects (projects involving more than one product line, application or data repository).
- Tester with ETL is must.
- Automation skill is desirable
