    We are looking for someone who is self motivated and driven to ensure they reach their targets and also push the partner sales team when required, understands the sales process and the importance of closing all loops in the sales process, has interpersonal skills to manage relationship with prospects / clients, partners and account managers and internal team members, is career oriented and is ready to take responsibility and focus for their growth, believes that contribution to sales equals to their success at work.

    • Lead verification and validation post identification of leads as per BANT criteria
    • Sharing and updating the lead generation team on quality of their leads as per BANT criteria
    • Segregation of leads post verification between multiple partners and sharing the same either via online system or via emails keeping account managers in loop
    • Follow up with partners on the validity and progress of the leads and maintaining an MIS report with synopsis for Partner Progress Tracking.
    • Reporting and sharing status on leads at regular intervals with clients, account managers, partners, reporting managers, etc
    • Work towards developing a business relationship with prospects and clients especially corporate and mid size companies
    • Identification of focus segments and companies to work on lead identification to support the sales pipeline
    • Identifying cross selling and up-selling opportunities with prospects and clients to aid sales pipeline
    • Ensuring a healthy sales pipeline is always maintained for the sales and partner sales team to work on to meet their targets
    • Work towards achievement of weekly, monthly and quarterly targets on regular basis
