    Description
    Production Support Shift Lead will be responsible for directing staff within the IT operations team and coordinate the day to day support activities.
    Position will interface with a variety of groups including other IT support teams, application development, vendors, customers etc.
    Provide application support, troubleshooting, coordinate deployments, changes and conduct post-incident reviews for major incidents etc.
    This is a hands-on position that will require a mix of technical lead as well as hands-on activities

    Excellent logical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and organizational skills;
    Solid application operations experience in technologies like J2EE, Weblogic, Docker, SQL, DotNet, Linux etc.
    Good understanding and experience monitoring tools like Splunk, Nagios, App Dynamics, Grafana, SpotFire/ Tablue etc.
    Demonstrated ability to lead, build positive business relationships, and influence collaboratively across the business; and
    Self-motivated and able to work in a fast paced, forward-moving environment.
    Experience leading high performing technical resources.
    Confers with and advises staff on standards, policies and procedures, technical problems, priorities and methods.
    Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills
    5+ years of professional experience in an application support role preferably with Open source technologies in an enterprise environment
    2+ years of experience in a lead/ supervisor role of an application support team;
