Job Title: Technical Recruiter
Work Location: Bangalore
Experience: 4 to 5 years
In this role you will be responsible for:
Identifying and engaging high-quality prospects and candidates by utilizing advanced internet searching skills, job boards, social networking, database mining, referrals, cold calling, and other advanced recruiting techniques
Responsible to hiring the Direct Contractors /FTC hiring, Technology hiring
Need to be well connected with the job market
Working with hiring managers to align business forecast with talent acquisition needs.
Developing knowledge of current market place and trends.
Managing applicant tracking system, maintain accurate candidate documentation to ensure legal compliance with employment practices, policies, procedures, and regulations.
Building a strong network of top talent, gain market intelligence and assess candidates to gauge alignment for a specific role or functional area.
3+ Years of Recruiting experience in a professional services, consulting, or staffing firm where you were expected to meet and exceed hiring goals in a fast paced work environment
2 to 4 years of experience in handling IT skill requirement
3+ years of experience sourcing candidates from the internet utilizing various methods: social media, complex Boolean search strings, newsgroups, associations, niche job boards, major job boards, blogs and other business networks.
1+ years of experience acting as a Lead Recruiter that required you to interact with hiring managers and key stakeholders on a daily basis.
Working knowledge in MS-Office tools. Especially in MS Excel.
Providing guidance on search strategies to locate and attract niche skills.
Managing candidates through the full life-cycle from initial engagement through on-boarding
