Designation: Business Development Manager
Position Business Development Manager
Role & Responsibilities:
No. of working days-6 (rotational week off) -Depends on events.
The role will handle a certain cluster of clinics & be primarily responsible for:
o Providing complete local BTL sales support to retail centers,
o BTL budgeting & preparation of BTL Sales Activity Calendar,
o Conceptualizing and driving BTL activations / registrations for the retail centers,
o Responsible for footfall enhancement through center-specific activations,
o Competition analysis to understand the new trends in the market,
o Catchment study for upcoming centers for effective Store/Center launch,
o Coordination with Head Office for BTL Activity implementation.
Tie ups & Vendor Management
o Cross promotion and tie ups with other brands for activations,
o Creation of partnership proposals for activations,
o Handling Vendors and Store/Center team for activations,
Local geography understanding & relationships
BTL Sales & Accountability to deliver on Revenue Targets
BTL Planning & Execution
Alliances & Partnerships
Event Planning & Execution
Excellent Presentation Skills
Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills
Graduate + Post Graduate / MBA Marketing preferred
