Job Description


Company: Leading Personal Care Company
Designation: Finance Executive
Location: Sanand (Ahmedabad)
Qualification: CA (Qualified CA ONLY)
Experience: 1 to 4 Years (Post Qualification)

Job Profile:
  • 1. Managing payments for Import as well as Domestic vendors.
  • 2. SAP master data maintenance (especially for vendors) as per prevalent requirement.
  • 3. Build processes around the payments/ advances to ensure timely payment and security of money
  • 4. Preparing trackers on the payment efficiencies and status to bring visibility on outstanding queries
  • 5. Support Finance Controller in preparation of Balance Sheet for scrutiny and reviews
  • 6. Day to day Liasoning with Service provider to resolve issues and ensure no long pending MIRO's
  • 7. Manage vendor reconciliations with Service Providers to ensure hygiene of books.
  • 8. Maintaining hygiene of Clearing accounts to ensure no risk on P&L
  • 9. Support Finance Controller in collaborating with IT team to build functionalities in SAP for changes in processes & statutes
  • 10. Support audit of books including departmental, internal and statutory audits.
  • 11. Good understanding of GST related compliance
