Job Description


o Deploy lean management system practices to support a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

o Develop and provide metrics to measure process quality and inform business decisions

o Manage cross-functional teams, including project management, planning, organising, and executing complex initiatives across multiple entities and stakeholders

o Demonstrated ability to effectively interpret data and measure performance

o Build strong partnerships with leaders to understand improvement opportunities

o Facilitate sessions with all levels of the organisation

o Strong track record developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives

o Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgement when working in challenging situations

o Develop and mentor peers on their operational excellence skill set and support delivery


o Expertise in lean six sigma (green belt +) and Kaizen

o Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and work across organisational boundaries

o Degree in engineering or other fields of study with complex problem solving

o Mastery of Microsoft Vision and Microsoft Excel
