    Role Definition & KRAs:

    Experienced with Public Relations, Journalism, Corporate Sector,

    Strategic Client Relationship Management:
    Expand network of client contacts within each account; Ensure in-depth knowledge and understanding of clients business strategy
    Help subordinates build relationships with their client contacts and coach subordinates on improving their client relationships
    Understand clients internal stakeholder engagement and navigate effectively to build good relations
    Recognize and anticipate issues that may impact relationships with a client and resolve / escalate as appropriate
    Build trust with the client and be regularly consulted for opinions and ideas.
    New Business Development
    Fuel and generate business growth, both organic and new business, through prospecting, RFPs, agency/network referrals and client relationships
    Strategically plan pipeline of new business through defining key industry areas or accounts
    Alert to opportunities to migrate client accounts to other offices or countries and make referrals/recommendations as appropriate
    Issues/ Crisis Communications Management:
    Coach subordinates in their counsel to clients on managing small-scale issues / crisis situations across traditional and online media
    Advise clients on how to manage large scale issues / crisis situations across traditional and online media
    Able to quickly assemble a regional team (where needed) and direct team to set up issues / crisis management protocols.
    Thought Leadership:
    Impart knowledge and thought leadership via conducting training programs
    Demonstrate familiarity with Publicis Groupe offerings
    Recognize the impact of macro and political developments to clients business and communications
    Anticipate core, fundamental issues to clients strategic problems and proactively counsel clients on how to overcome them
    Assist in building the agencys reputation and thought leadership by participating actively in thought leadership activities, e.g. writing by-lined articles, participation at industry events
    Use thought leadership opportunities to network for business development
    Growing expertise in practice and gaining proficiency in specific sectors of PR/ communications
    Continues to expand and grow knowledge of client business and industry.
    Business & Financial Management:
    Fiscally responsible for managing internal and teams budgets
    Oversee and effectively supervise each key client servicing staffs management of clients budget; assist team in resolving client issues on payment, billing etc
    Minimize external costs without sacrificing quality delivery
    Develop team / practices revenue forecast
    Track and ensure on-track progress towards agencys revenue targets
    Manage staff utilization for maximum profitability and minimum turnover
    Constantly review the companys operations with a view to efficiency, profitability, effectiveness and institute measures to improve the overall function of the agency in consultation with office head/ CEO.
    Digital Integration
    Understand how social media and its tools are being used regionally/globally and share best practices with team
    Leverage knowledge of social media trends/products for clients communications campaigns
    Discover new ways to use existing platforms
    Translate client communications needs to community management strategy/objectives
    Integrate influencer engagement in a communications campaign
    Developed relationships with senior staff at key digital partners
