    : Roles & Responsibilities: -

    ?Experience in managing travel domain.

    ?Understanding of inbound/ / outbound queue management,

    ?Out of the box thought process.

    ?Team handling, Client management, Performance management and inter departmental co - ordination for day to day business management.

    ?Manage customer escalations and complaints

    ?Provide on - going support, development, empowerment and positive reinforcement to Team Leaders and Advisors.

    ?Measure and manage the team to meet performance targets

    ?Ensure that all Human Resources policies and procedures are observed

    ?Develop performance goals for all Team Leaders and conduct midyear and annual reviews

    ?Provide relevant internal and external reports as per the business unit requirements

    ?Monitor absenteeism and adherence for the business area

    ?Participate in weekly and monthly calls with clients to understand the expectations from the teams and provide updates

    ?Identify and drive continuous improvements and initiatives in the process

    ?Hire leads and managers, train, conduct inductions, manage employee & client satisfaction scores, performance Appraisals and attrition management

    ?Collaborate with internal teams, inter departments , cross functions across locations

    ?Previous Back office experience would be highly desirable.

    ?Knowledge on travel domain.

    Education: -

    ?Graduate in any discipline

    Desired Candidate :

    Experience in Travel domain BPO (Inbound / Outbound) operations is mandatory
