Guided Learning from Oracle University Provides the customers with in-application guidance to accelerate cloud adoption. It provides an efficient and scalable platform that enables customers to educate large numbers of employees in multiple locations with step-by-step guides. These guides can be tailored for specific roles, user actions, and unique organizational requirements.
As a Guided Learning SME, your primary responsibilities are:
Act as an Oracle Cloud SME for ERP development and support team of Oracle Guided Learning.
Guide the team on the Cloud ERP transactions during the implementation, Upgrade and support cycles.
Assist the team in setting up the Cloud environment for the implementation of Guided Learning.
More than 7 years of experience with 5+ years experience in Oracle ERP Cloud.
An accounting qualification/CPA and Certification in an Oracle Cloud module.
At least 2 full lifecycle implementations/upgrades on Oracle Cloud ERP, including the following phases: requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, functional design documentation, user acceptance testing, and training, deployment activities.
Full time graduation/masters from a recognized university.
Experience in Oracle cloud release 18 is a must, release 19 experience is good to have.
Experience in Oracle Cloud ERP Integration and solution delivery of large scale ERP transformation programs or upgrade.
Hands on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP. Ideally you would have experienced all phases of the project lifecycle and gained a good insight and understanding into Iterative Delivery methodologies.
Strong functional consulting experience in at least one of the following areas:
Oracle Cloud ERP PPM (Projects); Oracle Cloud ERP R2R (Record to Reporting) Lead (General Ledger, Intercompany, Fixed Assets); Oracle Cloud ERP P2P (Procure to Pay) Lead (Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts, Expenses); Oracle Cloud ERP O2C (Order to Cash) Lead (Accounts Receivable, Advance Collections, Cash Management).
Strong functional experience in Financials, Accounting Hub, Project Management, Project Financial Management, Procurement modules.
Previous experience of client facing experience running workshops/prototyping.
Optional functional consulting experience in one or more of the following areas:
Oracle Cloud ERP Techno-Functional Consultant Integrations; General Ledger, Intercompany, eBTax, Receivables, Advanced Collections, Procurement, Expenses, Inventory, Oracle Supplier Network, Sourcing, Supplier Management, Purchasing, Payables, Payments, Contracts and negotiations.
Exposure in one of the following areas is good to have: Business Intelligence, analytics and/or robotics process automation.
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Formidable team player with proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
Ability to work with multiple teams on multiple projects simultaneously is very much desired.
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
