You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and help us in determining Financial outcome by collecting operational Data / Reports, whilst conducting Analysis and Reconciling transactions.
You will be working as a part of Order to Cash Processing team which will be accountable for Order to Cash process that starts from customers enquiry and involves sales order from customer to delivery and invoicing.
You will be responsible for Managing the Help Desk where in you will need to have experience in customer service, voice experience - international/ domestic, name key metrics / Service Level Agreement, to validate the historical data based on incoming payment description, identify customers who have list of unapplied invoices, email customers to provide remittance advise, based on customers inputs, cash applied, or collections team are informed, ERP understanding.
